Mark as Useful Consantly calling. If we pick up the phone there's no one there. If we leave the answering mach. answer it they leave no response. Doesn't make sense. Has to be something going on.
I'm sure they're not trying to annoy us. I've heard about where they can use your telephone number to call a number outside the US. Possible?

Mark as Useful Subscription to local newspaper. Have entered 1 and telephone number to stop calls. They still call including live person who hangs up.
